Rehabilitation Ward 2 now open at OPH

Although our official opening ceremony will take place in coming weeks, we're excited to see our brand-new F Block Rehabilitation Ward (Ward 2) is now officially open to patients! This contemporary 16-bed rehabilitation ward includes six existing stroke beds and 10 additional new rehabilitation beds that will absolutely improve our patients’ hospital and care experience for many years to come.

Adjacent to Ward 2 is the new Therapy Garden – a purpose-built, wonderful outdoor space that will be used exclusively by our patients (and their visitors/support person). It has been purpose-built for patients to receive modern and functional rehabilitation services following a stroke, amputation or for those living with a neurological condition.

We're excited to see both our inpatients and outpatients benefiting from such state-of-the art facilities at one location.
