Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)

Aged Care Assessment Program is a combined Commonwealth and State funded program for the assessment of the physical, functional, support, and medical care needs of older people in the community which determines their eligibility for Commonwealth funded Aged Care Services.

The Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) employs health-related disciplines such as social workers, registered nurses and occupational therapists.
