Have your say about disability access and inclusion at North Metropolitan Health Service

North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) is committed to ensuring that people with disability, as well as their families and carers, are able to access all NMHS services, facilities and information. This includes services at:
- Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital
- Osborne Park Hospital
- King Edward Hospital
- Graylands Hospital
NMHS is currently developing the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for 2022-2027 and a draft is now available for review and feedback.
Thank you to everyone who sent in survey responses during the consultation period.
We would once again like to hear from people with disability, their families and carers. Please let us know if this draft plan reflects your experiences and whether you think it will improve access to services and reduce barriers to participation. You can download the draft Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for 2022-2027 (PDF) here.
Please send feedback or any questions to Lanny Hoskin, Safety and Quality Coordinator NMHS.SQGCE@health.wa.gov.au or 6457 1736 by 5pm Wednesday 7 September.
